Where to find fresh cold-pressed juice in Birmingham (B6)

If you have ever bought a "fresh" juice from a supermarket shelf, you have probably bought something pasteurised months ago. It is safe, it is convenient, and it is not the same drink.

What fresh actually means

A cold-pressed drink starts losing its character within hours. The aromatics fade first, then the bite. That is why we make ours in small batches and ask members to collect the same day, from B6 7BS in Birmingham.

What to look for

A made-on date, not just a best-before. Fresh should be measured in days.

A short ingredient list. Fruit, root, spice. Nothing you need to look up.

No added sugar. Fruit brings plenty on its own.

Refrigerated the whole way. Warm juice is a different product by the time it reaches you.

Why we run it as a membership

Making a small batch to order means nothing is wasted and nothing sits around. Members pick a collection day, we make what is needed for that day, and 20% of every membership goes back into Dave Community Well-being CIC.

If you are in Aston, Perry Barr, Erdington or the city centre, collection is a short trip — and the drink you pick up was made that morning.
