How to build a daily energy habit that actually sticks

Most health routines fail in week two. Here is the small, boring, repeatable approach we use with members — one drink, one time, one cue.

Almost everyone can be healthy for four days. The difficulty is day eleven, when the novelty is gone and the weather is bad.

Make it one decision, not thirty

The reason a daily drink works is that you decide once. You are not choosing between options each morning; you are repeating something you already chose.

Attach it to something you already do

Pick a cue that happens anyway — the kettle going on, the school run, unlocking the office. Your habit rides on the back of it.

Keep the bar embarrassingly low

One drink a day. Not a diet, not a regime, not a 30-day challenge. When the target is small enough that a bad day cannot break it, it survives bad days.

Track how you feel, not what you weigh

Our members check in on energy, sleep, focus, nutrition and movement. Those five move long before anything on a scale does, and watching them move is what keeps people going.

Expect a dip around week two

It comes for everyone. The people who get past it are the ones who made the habit small and specific enough that "I did not feel like it" was not enough to stop it.

That is the whole method. One drink, one time, one cue, and a check-in that shows you it is working.
